我討厭一種人，一種女人。
但我一說出來，我的箭肯定射中很多當今的女生，因為這類女生現在越來越多，應該在未來的日子里還會持續的增加中。
這種女人呢，高高在上，驕傲自大，目中無人，不知天高地厚，見高拜見低踩。
一意孤行，自己永遠是對的，只有男人聽她的，她沒有理由為男人改。
男人寵愛，捧在手心是應該，要她服侍你，下輩子吧。
不懂得體諒，包容，付出。
只有收，沒有給。
不會甘願待在家相夫教子，
就算待在家，也不會相夫教子，就是太太一個，呵呵。
她們其實只是乳臭未乾，心智不成熟的種。
想出名，愛被讚美，欣賞，享受被很多男生追，但對一群“欣賞”自己的男生們卻不當一回事，甚至鄙視。
例如，在很多的社交網站，通常很多男生都很飢渴的，上那裡的目的都不可能只是存心想交朋友，都是想認識異性。
有姿色的女生通常肯定會被很多男生的“情書”塞滿自己的信箱，
“情書”甚麼樣的都有，短的，長的，誠意的，髒的，老土的，典型的，廢話的，你要甚麼有甚麼。
然後覺得煩了，每天收到這麼多的信，不可能每一個都回復，所以必須選擇性的回。
就要求男生們拜託能不能有創意一點，想些比較新鮮刺激的開場白。
唉，可憐的男生，以為念書畢業了，不用接受考試了，想不到追女孩子，又要被考。
就好像找工作醬，你的resume必須比別人槍眼，有創意，與眾不同，才會突圍而出，被“發現”。
Well,其實她們這樣也沒錯，只是。。。有些東西，不需要這麼囂張，心裡這麼想就好了，不用說出來。
人家欣賞你，要認識你，你要懂得珍惜，感恩，虛心接受讚美，而不是越來越自大。你可以不理她們，可是不用那麼GL。
我很難用言語與字眼完全清楚的表達我到底要形容怎樣的一種女人，但我已經盡力了，哈哈。
然後有沒有發現，這類的女生都是英語比華語好的（哈哈），就是比較洋派，比較沒有傳統思想與觀念。
這類人會比較不屑中文，崇尚西方文化，
其實沒有對錯，只是。。。好像很難找到一個思想洋派，個性不壞的女生，
eh...eh...慢著，當然我所謂的壞，是以我自己的定義及標準，不是指它們真的那麼壞。
也對，喜愛華語，能夠洋派到哪裡去？
其實很多薄客都屬於這類人。（oops! =x）
我不是排斥洋派的人，只是這種人，往往都是這樣（我以上所形容）的。
說到這裡，我覺得我快要偏離我原來的主題了，不是洋派或中派的問題，是這類想法，作風的(女)人。
沒事，就這樣。！＝）

說這些，不是因為我被這種人氣到，只是看不慣，但也改不了，當面說出來，也是白費唇舌，但又很想說出來，所以只好選擇在這裡公告天下（哇哈哈）

青春可以讓你驕傲，
美貌能夠讓妳自傲，
家境好會讓妳高傲，
但不要忘記，歲月絕對不饒人，

讓回憶永恆的美下去

又是一則有感而發的感言。。。

我是一個非常重感情的人，不只對人，對很多事物也一樣，但是我知道很多人不知道，因為我不擅於也不愛喜歡讓人家太了解我。。。
但這不是重點。
我想說的是，我們人生當中，在不同領域，不同機遇，碰到的人好多好多好多。。。
但是不是每一個人都能成為你的朋友，知己，情人？。。。
有些人就只能是非常非常普通的朋友，可能也不能稱“朋友”，充其量只是一個認識的人罷了。
當你認識了一個新朋友，
然後慢慢雙方產生了好感，聯絡了一段時間，曖昧了一段時間，
那個時候，以為就算以後不在一起，也一定能做不錯甚至永恆的朋友
之後因為很多因素果然沒在一起
多年以後，再次聯絡，感覺當然已經不一樣
但就以為可以是朋友，好朋友。
可是事與願違，
長大了，言語中發現想法很多不同，小吵后，不歡而散，一方甚至能夠刪除的都刪除，非常甘脆利落且瀟灑。似乎完全一輩子不想在聯絡，跟你有任何瓜葛。
這樣的做法，很明顯那一方根本不比另一方重情與珍惜這段友誼與彼此製造過的共同回憶。好像失去你對他/她也沒甚麼。
曾經的（假）不捨，（假）真情，甚麼會一直支持你，都是假的。
說白了，這段友誼本來就不堅定穩固，怎麼經得起任何風吹草動的考驗。
誰叫本人是個重感情，重回憶的人，才會如此有感而發。
人本來就不一樣，任何感情當中，一個沒有那麼重情，另一個肯定比較吃虧。
可能有點小傷，但老早看清現實，看透人性，所以也還好，心已經練就得像鋼鐵一般，沒甚麼事能夠真正影響到。
我不付出，你就不會付出
你不付出，我幹嘛付出
人與人之間就是這樣，看透了，就能豁達。
其實，這本來就是個幼稚天真的童年回憶，該是回憶的就讓它做回憶吧，不用執著，無須勉強把回憶帶來現實繼續製造跟多回憶，因為有可能之後的回憶是不美的。
不要去污染記錄在腦海裡已久的美好回憶。
話說。。。這事我第100個文章！

One year actually past so fast, it's the SBA again!

This time, i was only there as an invited blogger, as an audience... the feeling was much more relaxed and comfortable...
saw alot of familiar faces, but many who attended last yr's didnt appear yesterday.
I was more than 30 mins late as I had to rushed back home after my work to get myself prepared and also, it took me awhile to find where the hell is Shanghai Dolly, it may be a very common n familiar place to many, but for a 宅男 like me, this was the first time i visit there.

I was late, and this was the first part i saw, i think this is a short skit or something...?

小寒... popular local lyricist, i think not many ppl approached her for 合照, so she thought i dunno who she actually is and just randomly take pic with her for no reason, cmon... u r so famous, at least to me.

蔡深江, founder of OMY.sg, stopped him from leaving to take a pic with me lol, he was so friendly.

on the way back to MRT station, saw him! Tsk, im so short standing beside him... ggrrr!!!

she left so fast like a lightning immediately after the event, i have to go all the way to Liang Court to look for her just for THIS PIC!!!

We both got invited by OMY.sg and went together, she was also my "personal photographer" for the pics i took with the guys above, thanks Hooi Yan =)

Anyway, somehow i still prefer last yr's SBA, i dunno, probably coz i was more involved, and probably it lasted longer.

Still, SBA 2011 was a great success!!

[讓子彈飛] movie review

好長一段時間沒有寫影評了，感謝OMY的邀請。
不過首先我得投訴！坐我前面的那個人真是！@＃＄％的大隻，那麼高，害我整部戲都要靠旁邊看，興致都少了一大半。

這片來頭還真不小，請了好多中港的大牌演員，而且導演可是在內地很棒的姜文！
但說實在，起初單看包裝，還真不像是一部“厲害”的電影，而且是那~麼~厲害的。
為甚麼說此片厲害，因為內地和香港其實已經分別在去年12月和今年1月就上映了（讓我覺得我們好落後），票房破了內地的紀錄，是目前為止票房最高的華語片，沒錯，比［唐山大地震］還高！而且好萊塢已經買了此片的版權，即將翻拍。

除了主要演員很大牌外，也有幾個大牌客串演出，有劉嘉玲，胡軍以及拍［唐山大地震］的馮小剛！不過讓我最驚喜的是胡軍，因為我覺得他太有突破了，第一次看他破壞形象搞笑演出，完全顛覆他以往的男子漢角色。

劇情簡介
民国八年（1919年），花钱捐得县长的马邦德（葛优饰）携妻（刘嘉玲饰）、师爷（馮小剛饰）及随从走马上任。途中遭遇劫匪“张麻子”（原名张牧之，姜文饰）一伙伏击，随从尽死，只夫妻二人侥幸活命。马邦德为保命，谎称自己是县长的汤师爷，并声称自己身无分文，只有当上县长通过搜刮民脂民膏才有钱。张麻子被汤师爷所说的诱人财富所动，自己扮作县长，带着手下赶赴鹅城上任。刚一进城，张麻子就遇到当地霸主黄四郎（周润发饰）给自己的下马威。黄四郎观察假县长张麻子，认为其“霸气外露”，决定跟其较量一番。于是行侠仗义的张麻子、贪财如命的汤师爷和心狠手辣的黄四郎三人之间展开了一场斗智斗勇的较量

此電影是改編自四川作家馬識途的長篇小說《夜谭十記》中的《盗官記》一节。同一篇小說，亦曾在1986年，改編成電影《響馬縣長》。

在觀賞電影之前，看了一下預告片，覺得預告片不是很吸引人，所以有點拖著腳去看的心態，但我卻有意外到。預告片完全沒帶出電影的特色與精彩，看似認真嚴肅，實則爆笑。

說到片名，起初我覺得怎麼取了一個那麼奇怪又不“入屋”的名字，［讓子彈飛］。。。動詞(verb)。。。怎麼不是名詞(noun)呢?
不是不可以，只是。。。比較奇怪，難接受，而且也很有中國味，很不商業（抱歉，我承認我是個愛看商業片的典型觀眾）。但看了電影之後，我覺得用此片名再適合不過，因為很多僑段真的是子彈滿天飛，哈，也能帶出電影本身的喜感特質。

這片不把死當一回事，死了很多角色，但一點都不傷感，死得太卡通，誇張，不真實，這。。。會不會是唯一的缺陷？但也對，既然是部喜劇，就要保持風格。
電影裡幾乎每個演員都是喜劇角色，幾乎每個都能搞笑。主要演員的表現我都算滿意，最喜歡的是姜文，他的幽默與才華讓我非常欣賞。
此片的笑點很多，有種［赤壁］搞笑版的感覺，哈，都是關於兩方用冊略對敵的影片。看似胡鬧，但其實是很有水準，深度，涵意的電影，總之不是一部“空”的影片就是了。此片那麼厲害，一定有它的道理，你們慢慢去探索吧。

我覺得中國片越來越看得下去，越來越進步了，因為開始走向商業，但又不缺內涵，節奏也不慢，很港片。

like i've said in my intro box on the right, im a lazy blogger, in fact, blogging is never my passion, being a public blogger is also not what i wanted... im a low profile person... the kind that is very very low lol. it just happen that i started this blog for a reason... and then i took part in SBA2010 for some reason... and then i was lucky enough to get into finalist... which gave me alittle more reason to continue blogging... but as the next n upcoming SBA 2011 is arriving soon... the "heat" of last year's SBA is cooling down... and same goes to my reason n motivation for blogging...

i remember clearly i asked HJ why me when i was told that i got in... coz i knew right from the start, i shouldnt be in, a world that is so not me lol. When i went for the first finalist briefing last year... i realised im actually the odd one... the other 9 was REALLY bloggers... bloggers with lots n tons of readers following them everyday, and they are daily bloggers, which means they blog everyday!... i seriously cannot imagine myself doing that... where am i to get such time to blog everyday? why these people can find such time to commit to blogging???

i've come to some conclusions for that...

they are still students -
so carefree, no office hours restriction, can blog whenever they feel like... they are so free to attend invited events a few times a week or... everyday!

they have a strong reason to blog -
the more they blog, the more ads they get, the more they earn! simple as that... (I have not get a single cent from blogging up to now... lol...)
the more they blog, the more readers they attract, the more exposure they get, finally, they get the fame they wanted.!

(of coz not 100% of bloggers belong to these 2 categories, im just generalising)

so, wat am i? which category do i fall into? haha none!
im just a "non-blogger" blogger that was lucky enough to blend into a pool of real bloggers for a short while lol.

to me, blogging is a "waste" of time.... coz i blog with research and content... i dun blog for the sake of submitting an entry, so each entry actually took me a few hrs to half a day of my time... if im gonna spend this amount of time blogging everyday... blogging would become an important element in my life, which is definitely not gonna be.

anyway, i seriously salute these bloggers, coz i can never be like them... =)

will this be my last entry...? hmmm...

Sometimes when some ppl urge everyone to save the planet, are they really that eco-minded or earth/planet-lover? I'm actually very sure that some of this people simply just worry about themselves, for the fact that they are afraid to die a.k.a "kia si".
They aren't worrying about the environment, the world, the planet, the earth or our future human race, they are afraid that the planet would be destroyed while they are still alive, do u really think they are so great to be thinking and worrying abt our future generation? As long as it doesnt happen when they are still living on the planet, who cares...
tsk! tsk!

至少我嘗試過

去年的這個時候，加入了一家經紀公司，然後發生了非常多的事情，當然是不好的居多，但是我不可否認，在裡面並不是沒有學到任何東西。
在我心底，確實是有那麼一丁點的心存感激。離開時，心裡已經對這圈子厭倦且非常絕望，誓不再踏入這個圈子，因為我曾經說過，時間到了之後，當我說放下，我就真的不後悔，不遺憾的放下。但那個時候，時間其實還沒真的到。
老天真的很愛玩，再一個偶然的機會下，又丟了一個“新”的機會給我，猶豫了非常之久，拖了又拖，終於決定在一年後又把腳再一次踩進了這個圈子，不過這次是另外一個領域。沒嘗試過，很新鮮，又還剩一點時間（我給自己的時間限制），所以骨氣勇氣再下一城。
老天在我最後最後的關頭給了我這個機遇，是一種安慰，還是終於輪到我了？
答案對現在的我來說，一點都不重要，因為人長大了，成熟了，心態因環境而改變了，不再那麼執著了。
是最後一次，因為時間真的要到了。
嘗試，只是為了不要留有遺憾。
至少我嘗試過。

Last blog post for 2010

Today is the last day of 2010, I actually have nothing to blog about but I just wanna post something on the very last day of the year lol.
So, I have decided to introduce to everyone my idol's latest album, hehehe!

我的偶像出道20年了！我也做他的歌迷18年了。
為甚麼是18不是20？因為20年前我實在太小了，18年前我才開始懂事，所以。。。哈哈。
偶像很有心的選在今年結束前推出一張紀念大碟。
但其實這並不是一張很有誠意的專輯，不知道的人就會“以為”這是一張大碟，不過其實對我來說，這只是一張EP加一些發表了卻未發行過的舊歌而湊成的“大碟”。但是不管怎樣，作為一個稱職歌迷的我還是會買來收藏。=)

以下為大家一一介紹這5首新歌（純粹我本人的看法/想法）

永遠愛不完
周杰倫第2次為城城寫的歌，還是很周杰倫，很［龍捲風］，旋律蠻好聽，朗朗上口，很容易讓人家一聽就記得主要旋律。雖然不是很棒，不過是在這5首新歌當中，最有“主打歌樣”的歌曲，所以選這首當主打是對的。值得一題的是，周董很有創意的採用城城第一首成名曲很紅很紅的那句“對你愛，愛，愛不完”在這首新歌裡，是這首歌意義非凡，更有紀念性，更值得收藏。

脈搏
因為是郭富城作曲，所以不敢期望太高，不是看不起他，只是畢竟不是專業，所以有所保留。
不算K歌，不是那種一聽就覺得好聽的，不太容易消化的，不過。。。其實是首好歌！有大將之風的感覺，有那種第2，第3波主打歌的樣，越聽越好聽的一首歌。這首歌的挑戰性蠻高的，很多高音與假音，沒有想到偶像能唱得那麼順，那麼輕而易舉。。。哈哈。

一直都在
也不是一首K歌，聽第一遍的時候，我沒有覺得不好聽，只是悶了一些，平凡了一些，所以我把它排在第5名（新歌當中）。
不過很意外的是聽了幾遍之後，我開始喜歡這首歌，而且越來越喜歡！曲調非常舒服，是屬於耐聽，慢慢品嘗型的，非常有畫面，我想像的畫面是我坐在一片很大的草原，藍藍的天空，看著有一群牛啊，綿羊啊走過。。。（哈哈哈哈！）
十機歲的小朋友應該不會欣賞這種成熟的歌，哈哈。現在我也不知道應該把它排第幾，不過絕對不是最後，但我心中也沒有排最後的。

I'm Your Man
新歌裡唯一的一首快歌。這首歌曲風類似《跳》，《愛。魔力》，《跟蹤你》（只有死忠的才會懂）。非常開心有Han Jin的參與（rap 的部份），但如果歌曲是由他創作的，應該會更好吧？。。。
之前陳奐仁為鄭秀文做的《一步一步愛》，我挺喜歡的，可惜啊。。。

擁有
屬於K歌，第一次聽就覺得好聽，不過也有讓人很快就膩的危險，很港式的K歌，只不過填了國語歌詞，一聽一聽就知道不是台灣音樂人創作的，我也不知道怎麼解釋。有常聽粵語歌的朋友們可能明白我的意思。

所有新歌的填詞人都是小美，雖然很多歌迷都不太喜歡，不過我是覺得無所謂啦。
不管怎樣，是城迷就一定要支持這張20週年的國語紀念專輯。

Back to school... as a teacher

Merry X'mas to everyone!~

Used to imagine how is it like if i am to be a teacher when i grow up and wat kind of teacher i will be when i was little.
and... it happened! all thanks to my internship, i had the opportunity to be a trainer in various pri n secondary schools... for 3 mths... (July -Sept 2010)

Here are the difference i've noticed now and during my time...
sighzz, keep saying "during my time, during my time"... really have to admit old already laaaaa... 我真系接受唔到啊~

I see lots of students dyed their hair... obvious enough for everyone to know... but teachers doesnt seem to be bothered... who cares abt the school rules right??? It's 21st Century!!! (lolx) Last time i even get caught juz becoz of my long sideburn and spiky top... seriously... WT*?! -_-

Everybody has a facebook account, who doesnt? even sec 1 students use facebook, when i was in sec 1... I HADN'T EVEN USE MSN or IRC!!! What I had was only ... HOTMAIL! hahaha.

I guess... with the technology today, asking ur frens to write in ur autograph book is gonna be a joke, they would probably open a group in facebook and invite all their classmates in there and comment or just simply tag in their blog?... haha.

Students can officially bring mobile phones to school, and even take pics infront of or together with teachers during lessons... and probably upload to facebook! how carefree~ haha. I got my first hp in sec 3, and its unofficial to bring it to sch. (I still brought everyday to sms my gf though, hehehe =x)

For that 3 mths, I've been to more than 10 different schools and had experience handling all sorts of students from Pri - Sec, Express - NT, boys/girls - mix schools... hmmm, i can only say... now the students are really smarter n much more exposed to many things compared to my time, which is not very long ago (=p). Being smarter, means that they will be more playful n daring and lack of some basic respect for teachers... the barrier between teachers and students is getting smaller n smaller, of coz there are both gd n bad points to this.
Now, it is almost impossible to see teachers punishing students physically like, beating their palms with ruler or pulling their ears, the students never attack teachers u must thank god already lol haiz. Students now are like untouchable...
But seriously, when i was a student, i was a really shy boy, i had not seen one like me during that 3 mths... is this good?

There are really lots of interesting things i saw as a teacher n also heard of more interesting stories from my fellow colleagues from their past experiences. Alright, thats abt it...

*This is a really really delayed post(3 mths exactly) as i have no time + I'm lazy to finish the entry, now it's end December and I'm still talking about something happened in Jul-Sep haha.

Always boringly good reviews

Are bloggers (who are invited to events) not supposed to write bad reviews?
I don't think so, ... right?
I always come across blogs which the bloggers are always writing good n positive reviews for events, movies n etc... cant be every movie, every event, everything be thaaat great and amazing right?
Are they writing just for the sake of writing (as they have to do so as a requirement to be invited), or are they just simply too easily pleased n contented? Or, are they afraid that after writing one not so good review, they will not be invited anymore?
I mean, reviews are meant to be "useful" for readers as a reference, and if you never put ur heart to write "true" reviews, it defeats the whole purpose of it.
Wont readers be sick of reading the ur blog one day if they are always reading unconstructive good reviews from ur blog? I dunno...
Well, I understand some or I would say most bloggers get paid for writing reviews, they get tons of benefits and privileges, some can even rely on blogging for a living. So, ya... I can understand that when ur blog is ur $$ making tool.
Oh... oh..., hmmm, maybe i was wrong, i cant treat bloggers like reporters and critics, most of them are commercial bloggers, they are advertising tools, they exist to help promote and not to criticise. Sorry for my ignorant, coz I wasnt n never will be one.
I prefer being the latter though coz I prefer to be true to myself.

I'm curious, really curious... recently, alot of people "accidentally" visited my blog becoz of Little Bob Dog based on my tracking record... but why.... why did so many ppl search for it all of a sudden? Could someone please enlighten me? lol...
Does that mean that this character is going to be "alive" again?
Initially I thought there might be some upcoming events or watever on Little Bob Dog, but I couldnt find anything from my search... then... why did so many ppl searched for it?

But for these 2 days, I know why, becoz Facebook has been passing around this message that says " Change your facebook profile picture to a cartoon from your childhood and invite your friends to do the same. Until Monday there should be no human faces on Facebook, just an invasion of memories. In support of a campaign against violence for Children." and led to even more ppl searching for Little Bob Dog pictures for their profile pic...

為甚麼我還找不到我自己的？
還是我自我要求太高了？
還是，發明這句話的人起初的意思只是指每個人都絕不會餓死，隨隨便便打個工就可以養活自己了？
如果真的是這樣的話，我可能可以認同。
但如果意思是指每個人都有他獨特的專長，而且能夠憑他的專長得到名利與成就, 有多少人做得到呢？
我的專長到底是甚麼？
畫畫，設計，唱歌，音樂細胞，語文，寫作。分析，思考，數字，運動。。。樣樣都比上不足比下有餘，說好又不是最好，好到受大家的認同，我還找不到這一點。
是我要求太高嗎？做人根本就不須要這樣，平凡過一生就好了嗎？
是我不願平凡嗎？
不願平凡是好還是壞？
如果不願平凡是壞，而我又是這樣的人怎麼辦？需要改嗎？
如果我是個不願平凡的人，卻一輩子平凡，我是不是會不開心一輩子？
所有都是疑惑，所以沒有答案。
我需要去找答案嗎？還是就這樣走一步看一步？

煩就是煩，沒用的

很多人心情不好的時候，會找朋友陪伴逛街啦，或想很多方法讓自己一時忘了心煩的事，開心一下，又或做做運動發泄一下，好心的朋友當知道自己不開心時，也會主動想辦法讓你開心。
這也許對多數的人都管用，但對我來說，完~全~沒~用~。
我是一個很理智的人，我碰到心煩的，或沮喪，擔心時，甚麼東西也幫不了我。
因為我不相信一時間的忘記，聽愛聽的歌，看愛看的電影，玩遊戲，出去散心，找朋友聊天，煩的事情就能解決嗎？事情還是會存在的，所以一時忘了有甚麼用，開心了過後，又得想回心煩的事情，那種感覺更噁心不是嗎？
吃巧克力更無聊（對有些人我知道是管用的，尤其女生）。
我是這麼想的，但我知道很多人都不同意，你們也可以說我死腦筋，我承認，哈！可能這樣的想法是不好的，會讓我很憂鬱，但沒辦法，我就是這樣。

沒日沒夜

你有沒有嘗試過雖然你超級累，想要睡覺，肢體與精神都撐不住了，但你躺在床上的時候，你卻沒辦法馬上入睡，因為實在是太多東西在你的腦筋打轉，需要（在頭腦裡）整理一下隔天的東西才能比較安心的入睡。。。
我上星期就有這樣的經歷，唉。。。上星期實在太忙了，每天都加班，最遲到凌晨2點！整個星期總計加班了33.5個小時！太誇張了吧。星期天還在睡夢中被叫回去更改“一行字”，幸好公司離我家不是太遠。客戶就是那麼欠宰！不過還是要依他們，因為他們是“客戶”！辛苦加班不要緊，但是如果自己明明沒錯，卻被欠揍的客戶冤枉自己做錯了某一些事，最後卻發現其實是他們自己的失誤 -_-!!，感覺真是TMD想扁它！
我承認一部份是因為我做得比較慢啦，因為我還很新還有很多東西要學。不過我只是一個新人，就給了我一個這麼大的project，唉zzz。。。現在回想起來實在是太噁心了！哈哈，不過我知道做這行就是這樣，未來還是會一樣或更忙的，我已經做好心裡準備啦！不過這樣下去，老闆最好加薪，要不然我可是會走人的喔，哼！

Although my position at work is "Graphic Designer", but I realised what I'm doing is definitely not, n I have been searching for a suitable name for my position as I feel weird calling myself a graphic designer when I'm not totally doing that... and after some research, I think I can be called as a Desktop Publisher/Preflight Technicians/Prepress Technician/Layout Artist/Printer etc...
Yes, Im actually doing very technical stuffs, which is something i wanna avoid n thats why i study design, if not, I would have been an engineer since 2 yrs back, but in the end, im still doing technical stuffs... haiz... but of coz the technical stuffs still requires me to use various design softwares so its somehow related to design, i would say 50% design 50% technical... the technical part im refering to is the printing stage, where i have to learn lots of knowledge in printing, operating of various printing machines etc, which is something we dun really touch on in school.
Unlike the "real" graphic designers, they just have to design and do not need to give a damn on wat happens after that, as they just simply send their designs and let the printer to the job, and for me, Im the "printer" who receive designs from clients and do the pre-printing and printing stage, luckily i do not need to handle the post-printing stage as well lol. But i know at the end of the day, I will have a wider knowledge than typical graphic designers and its helps alot to know how printing works and the dos n donts of printing when designing. I knew and I heard from lots of experience designers that it will be tough at the start n will sure get lots of scoldings and OTs..., therefore, I have already prepared for it and i actually wanna get scoldings to be able to learn more lol. (wow, thats the correct attitude man! hehe.)
Now I'm still very new n green there and feel lost n blur at times and I hope I can reached my "comfort zone" soon.

中文在新加坡的價值

讀了這期的《Ｕ一周》，鐘記者說周刊調低售價40％，是因為越來越少新加坡人懂得看中文，也就當然不會花錢買中文雜誌，所以被迫向這社會所造成的殘酷事實妥協，這是非常悲哀的一間事。他還道出種種他所經歷過讓他覺得新加坡市場一點都不重視中文的事跡，讀了之後非常有同感。

我在當兵的時候，有一次我買了一本中文雜誌在辦公室裡閱讀（我每一期都會買），我兩個軍友看到後好像看到甚麼似的，說，“哇！你讀中文雜誌啊，如果是我，一定會看到頭昏腦脹”當時我才開始發現對哦，我周圍的朋友真的好像沒有像我一樣會買中文雜誌。還有我常常手裡拿著中文雜誌搭地鐵或巴士，都總是覺得有一些人在盯著我，好像在想，這個人這麼年輕，既然會看中文雜誌，唉，明明，很普通的一件是，既然讓我變成很稀有的品種。可能是我想太多。還有，我偶爾會用中文update 我 Facebook 的 status，但是我很少看到其他新加坡人這麼做，當然這是沒對沒錯的，只是一個發現。我也發現到當我用中文update 我 Facebook 的 status，我的台灣，香港，大馬的朋友，才會比較常回復以及給意見，因為他們比較有共鳴，哈。還有，我前陣子到中學教課的時候，一個學生聽到我和我的同事用中文會話，就說我們 so cheena，哈哈，我還嫌她忘本咧。

想想，有多少人還會像我一樣用中文來寫部落格，其實，如果可以的話，我會用中文寫我每一個文章，但是有些時候，為了讓更多人能夠讀到我要傳達的訊息，所以只好用英文寫我的blog post。我自認我的中文比英文強，我也感受到中文好在新加坡一點好處都沒有，除非你從事中文報章或雜誌之類的工作。在新加坡，會講中文，懂得寫一點，認一點基本的中文字其實就足夠了。
我覺得那些推廣中文或講華語的運動一點用都沒有，看看現在的青少年就知道。當然，還是會存在著像我這樣對中文又興趣以及又一定的水準的朋友們（自往臉上貼金中。。。）。

還有很多人問我，為甚麼我是用繁體，不是新加坡所教的簡體，原因是因為我從小就覺得繁體看起來比較美，比較class，比較國際化，哈哈，因為從小就買很多中文歌曲的卡帶（對，當時是卡帶），然後打開歌詞頁跟著唱（台灣，香港發行的專輯都是用繁體的），就習慣了繁體字。但是我是不很會寫繁體字啦（因為學校沒有教嘛），只會認，所以才能打繁體字出來。其實我也沒有很老，只是比同齡的人早開始聽歌，迷偶像，哈哈，所以我同年的玩具，就是我的寶貝卡帶和激光唱片(CD)。

總而言之，我為我對中文的熱愛感到非常驕傲！

Movie Review - 精武風雲。陳真

"Legend Of The Fist" is expectedly a good movie , at least to me. A gd movie means when I step out of the theatre, I'm contented and satisfied with it. Its high level of entertainment makes it a 100% mainstream movie. Was invited to the Gala Premiere of "Legend Of The Fist", thanks to OMY.sg. Quite a pity that there isnt any celebs or host or... mascots at the event. Just simply a roll of red carpet with some refreshments but well, thats not wat I'm interested in, its the movie that I'm looking forward to and excited about.

As this is a chinese movie, I will review the movie in chinese.

這部戲很好看，很精彩，很商業，我喜歡。
很高興電影沒有重複任何以前“陳真”的故事，也不是重拍，而是重新編劇的，也因為陳真不是一個真實人物，所以要怎麼編都可以。
整部戲沒有任何冷場，節奏非常香港（快！），打鬥場面很精彩，依舊很甄子丹。
不過看這部片子讓我想到很多其他的電影，很多情節，很多劇情，很多鏡頭，拍攝手法都有其他電影的影子。

After Shock《唐山大地震》
Moulin Rouge《紅磨坊》
Ip Man《葉問》
Superhero 漫畫超人英雄
還有幾幕陳真靜下來思考怎麼對付日軍的鏡頭讓我想到《無間道》和《死亡筆記》這類正與邪明針暗鬥的電影。還有突然間用聲效嚇人的做法也是很《無間道》，因為都是來自一個導演嘛。。。

向原版與李小龍致敬

李小龍飾演的青鋒俠並不是在《精武門》裡頭，而是另外一部好萊塢電視劇《青鋒俠》，導演很有創意的把這兩個角色（陳真與青鋒俠）結合在一起。相信青鋒俠這個造型應該會流行好一陣子，因為接下來還有很紅的周杰倫也會在好萊塢的新片裡打扮成這樣。

雙截棍！
當然還有經典的飛腿踢敵人和“李小龍牌”的叫聲！

演員

舒琪飾演一個日本間諜，表現不錯，角色比《全城戒備》有更大的發揮空間。黃秋生的角色起伏不大，不過在那有限的發揮空間裡，已經能看到他內斂純熟的演技。

此片最搞笑的角色莫過於飾演膽小怕事的警探的中國演員黃渤，一開始角色挺討人厭，不過之後就不討厭了。。。

余文樂在戲裡客串的表現屬中規中矩。

Marriage

Will be attending my secondary sch classmate's wedding dinner tmr.
This is the 2nd time i attended my secondary classmate's wedding, the 1st was almost 2 yrs ago... yea, both are my female classmates, which guy in the right mind will get married at this young age when they just graduated and have no stable career... (sidenote: both their other half are around my age too lol).
Therefore, this (marrying at a young age) will only happen to females most of the time coz their goal in life is usually to "establish" their family and take good care of it.

From my observation, most girls that marries at a young age usually their husbands are in their late 20s or early 30s when they are ready to settle down n have "played" enough. Therefore, this group belongs to the perfect match (to me): girls whom are not career minded and just wan to lead a simple n happy life with family + "older" guys that have stable income n finally ready to have a family of their own (so the girls dont really need to bother about their career coz they can rely on their mature guys).

For my friend's cases, they are slightly different, coz their hubbies are also around their age, so i can only say their mindset is much more mature than typical guys coz they are "already" thinking of settling down n leading a simple life with their wives, so having a stable career n income is not an issue to them at all, erm... probably they already have them that's y. Actually this group of guys makes good husbands coz they dont like to "play" and dont long for their own space and dont mind sacrificing their time n freedom to their family, but sacrificing may not be the word coz it's them, this is wat they want.

If both parties marry at a later age like late 20s or early 30s or even later, probably becoz both are career minded, or they have experienced lots of failed relationships or both were players when their were younger... or..., or maybe they have been together since young but both are not ready for marriage coz the guy wanna reach a certain level in his career and the girl is also willing to wait (probably a player in disguise if u know wat i mean hehehe).

Last group is interesting... mature(older) woman + younger guys... this group of woman they are usually rich and probably they r "someone" in a company. They are financially independent and dont need to rely on guys(for this case i mean the guys also dun need to rely on them, so its not abt 吃軟飯 haha). They are still single probably they were too focus on their career till they neglected the "love" portion when they are younger or for some cases, they have divorced or widowed or some complicated reasons. No matter what, It's very hard for a mature woman to like n accept a younger guy, so I believe there's really a strong love between them unless the woman is a fan of fresh meats lolx.

Im not going to talk about old(really old) guys + young girls coz I'm sick of the 老牛吃嫩草 topic haha.

As for me, marriage now? No way.... cant imagine myself being someone's husband or even a.... father! haha wat a joke seriously... I admit I'm still childish in some ways... but im a traditional guy, i will want to get married n have my own kids one day...

I'm not trying to say which group is right or wrong, it's all up to each individuals' preferences n wat they want in life. You see i use quite alot of "usually", so im not stereotyping, of coz they are other different cases besides wat i've mentioned above, so if u dont belong to any group above, means ur relationship is really unique! haha. As long as u r happy, nothing is wrong (I mean for this relationship issue).

Anyway I'm happy for my frens and hope they r happy too! =)
The feeling cant be described when u see ur classmates getting married coz they r always the secondary sch kids in ur heart...

陳真 is back!

這個名字已經有好幾年沒有在我耳邊出現過了，不過我對它絕對不會陌生，因為太經典了。最近知道這部電影快要上映了，還蠻期待的，我應該不會錯過這部《精武風雲。陳真》。

想看這部電影的原因有很多：

劉偉強（導演，監製，編劇，攝影指導）

如果你不認識或沒聽過這個名字，你真是。。。沒話說。
列下他所指導過的 “一些” 電影就足以嚇死你，哈
《古惑仔系列》，《風雲雄霸天下》，《中華英雄》，《無間道系列》，《頭文字D》，《傷城》，還有還有我偶像的經典作品《伴我從橫》等等。。。
怎樣，厲害吧！所以我相信這部《精武風雲。陳真》應該也不會差到哪裡去。

陳嘉上（監製，編劇）

同樣很有名的香港導演，指導過《小男人周記》，《精武英雄》，《逃學威龍1&2》，《野獸刑警》，《公元2000》（我偶像是主角，呵呵），和最近的《畫皮》。

有聽粵語歌的朋友們應該對這個名字不陌生吧，鄭伊健很多首膾炙人口的歌曲都是出自他的手，而且也為很多有名的電影做配樂，例如《無間道系列》，《十月圍城》，《風雲雄霸天下》(我偶像是其中一個主角哦），《中華英雄》，《千機變》，《古惑仔》，《頭文字D》等等等等。。。

甄子丹（主角，動作導演）

我記得很小的時候，可能5歲或之前在電視上看過他的一部電影，不過真的忘記片名是甚麼了，不過經過我的research與推斷，應該是《情逢敵手》哈哈。後來小學的時候又在電視劇《精武門》看到他（飾演陳真，也是從這個時候才認識“陳真”，而不是李小龍的版本，因為我沒有那麼老）的演出，還記得我和同學們都有追看此劇，然後回到學校一直模仿他說“中國人不是東亞病夫” 哈哈。雖然之後的幾年他都不是很活躍於銀幕前，不過我從沒忘記他。後來，2005年的《殺破狼》終於又讓“甄子丹”這3個子紅遍全亞洲。比起其他的武打明星，我其實比較喜歡他的打法，因為比較有力與扎實，而且也想看看甄子丹再次扮演這個角色是怎麼樣的。

“陳真”並不是一個真實人物，不過能夠被翻拍這麼多次，就代表這個角色有他的魅力吧。

這麼強的組合製作出來的電影，怎能錯過呢？

my intern fren who started together with me, ended 3 wks earlier which was last week... made me feel lonely n lack of motivation to work... it's not becoz i miss him though... but it just dun feel that great seeing him leave earlier lol. oh, unless i wanna continue with this job then thats another story... and, i have yet to accomplish the assigned task given to me by Boss... haiz, no idea, no inspiration... too many plans in my mind, which path should i go...?

伊雪莉 Shirley Yee

還記得這個前新加坡藝人嗎？從模特兒變成歌手，到台灣發國兩張專輯。不久後就退出演藝圈嫁人去了。。。=(
還記得當時我只有12，13歲，還蠻喜歡她的。。。
網絡上的資料很少，照片也很少，可以說所有能在網上找到的都已經集合在這裡了，哈哈。

為甚麼突然說起她呢？因為昨天在吃午餐的時候看到她（現在已經沒幾個人會認得她了吧）。。。和她的女兒，哇，大概有6歲左右了，真快。她的外表沒甚麼變，不過畢竟已經10年了，一定會增添一些成熟的味道。
本有一股衝動想和自己以前的偶像合照，不過想想還是不了，不好意思打擾她們用餐。祝她一家開開心心吧。 =)

《全城戒備》City Under Siege 今天正式上映

前兩天我看了第2次試片，我竟然在電影上映之前看了兩次，史無前例啊哈哈！
我這個人看電影有點遲鈍，看一次一定會忽視一些小細節，所以看了2次之後剛好彌補了之前沒注意到或不清楚的細節。

新一批劇照。。。

讀了某些本地雜誌的影評後，發現他們跟我的想法都很相似，可見我評電影的水準有多專業啊，哈哈！開玩笑不行嗎？？？
看了第2次之後發現了一個破綻，就是胖Sunny去睡覺，然後舒琪報導新聞時說那些壞蛋已經在幾天內幹了8宗案，但一覺醒來後的Sunny變瘦了，但他說他睡了一晚，所以到底是多久呢？oh，還是他在水里浮沉了好幾天？不過感覺不像啊。這可能不是破綻，不過導演沒交代清楚，所以是導演的錯吧。。。？
還有城城的胖子造型，我一開始就覺得化得好像不好，因為太白了，而且也看得出假膚色和真膚色的不同，沒有blend好，挺明顯的，是導演故意要他白一點，因為剛被水泡過還是化裝師的水準未到家？

再分享一些被導演剪掉的片斷的劇照。。。

可以肯定的是，不管電影賣得多好，《全城》應該不會有續集，因為該死的都死了，不該死的也死了，故事完全沒有為續集鋪路。就算有，應該是拍Sunny的兒子長大後，然後再篇一個跟科幻有關係的故事發展，也不可能會是原班人馬，最多一個郭富城（演兒子），還有一個老舒琪（演媽媽）。不過應該不可能，所以。。。不可能的。哈哈！

影評 Movie Review －全城戒備 City Under Siege

我~ 看~ 了~《全~城~戒~備》~~~！

再一次感謝 OMY.sg 的邀請，才讓我不用等到那麼久才能觀賞這部讓我期待已久的巨作！

電影海報
之前放的都是內地與香港版的海報，這兩款是新加坡的！有甚麼分別？上映日期咯（哈哈）＝x

陳木勝拍的動作片是公認的有水準，一定有我們熟悉的爆破與武打場面，不過這次加入了新的題材與科技，讓華人電影也能與好萊塢的電影媲美。這次去觀看電影的心情與前兩次是不一樣的，前兩次是完全沒有期待，也不是很了解是怎樣的電影，所以完全沒有失望的離開戲院。這次不同，早幾個月就已經開始期待這部電影的到來（因為有我的唯一偶像郭富城，哈哈），也與大家分享了很多的劇照，預告片，幕後花絮，主題曲等，所以是有一定的期望的。果然，電影再怎麼好，有期望，就一定會有失望。

雖然是部動作片，不過以導演的風格一定會加入一些感情戲。動作與文藝的比例應該是7對3吧。

有點失望，也有點驚訝，讓我感動的並不是男女主角的感情戲，反而是男女配角吳京與張靜初。他們在車內的那一幕，演技，對白，果然是“棒”！連受傷的城城在後坐都流了淚。在車內幹甚麼？不告訴你~ =p
郭富城跟舒琪的感情發展，我挺有意見的。。。一開始他喜歡她，她只是純粹利用他，然後突然她就喜歡他了，對，我覺得非常的突然，根本就沒有讓他們有更多的發展，雖然她不算是無緣無故的喜歡上他，是經過一段時間的相處，不過電影裡頭的那個“經過”也太簡短了吧，所以最後城城抱著舒琪大哭，我也沒甚麼感覺，因為我沒有被說服到。。。所以這點讓我有點失望。不過吳京跟張靜初的那一段，就真的超讚的啦！也讓我發現原來吳京除了身手好之外，也能演動人的感情戲的。不過說到吳京，有點可惜，原本以為能夠再電影裡看到他的精彩武打戲，不過因為這是部科幻片，很多特技與動作都被電腦效果取代了，就少了蠻多真材實料的武打動作。

郭富城這次的角色也算是有突破，因為第一次演這種傻裡傻氣的年輕人，他還算演得不錯，但是感情戲方面未能讓他發揮到他的內心情感的一面。

影像中的鄒兆龍永遠都是演反派，這次。。。還是反派（哈哈），不過戲份蠻重的，不過這種典型的表面反派，其實不須要靠甚麼演技，只要給一個壞人臉，就已經到位了。所以期待看他演像吳京在這部戲裡的角色，才能真正評他的演技。

不久前才在《唐山大地震》看到張靜初，這次她變身成為打女，身手挺不錯的。

還有還有，有必要請元華這個大咖來客串那麼一丁點的戲份嗎？應該讓他施展一點身手才對啊。。。可惜可惜。

題外話：

有一幕我看到的時候覺得很熟悉，你們覺得呢？哈哈！

舒琪不是第一次和郭富城合作，但也不是第二次，應該是第三次。
很多人以為第一次是在《風雲雄霸天下》，
但其實真正的第一次是在1997年郭富城的《複製靈魂》MV，她擔任MV裡的女主角。(這個可能連當事人都忘記了，只有我這種瘋子才會記得哈哈哈!)
舒琪的演技成熟了許多，不過這部戲還沒能夠讓她發揮到極致。

SYNOPSIS

Not satisfied with being a clown in a local circus, Sunny (played by Aaron Kwok) dreams of becoming a great knife thrower; just like his father. On a treasure-hunting trip deep into the mountains of Malaysia, Sunny and 5 other circus performers carelessly triggered a bio-chemical weapon from World War II.

Shortly after returning to Hong Kong, their bodies undergo changes from inhalation of gas from the weapon. Their bones and muscles show signs of animalization. Their strength increases incredibly. The group decides to use their special strengths to do evil. Robberies and assaults erupt in the city.

Sunny's strength and agility also boosted but strangely, he shows no signs of animalization. As a result, he gains fame and popularity. While the others are turning into ugly creatures, they decide to kidnap the top five richest men in the city and set a trap to capture Sunny so as to find out why is he able to resist the mutation in his body.

Movie Review - The Last Airbender

Haha, this time round, I did some research on the movie before going to the premiere to roughly know wat to expect from it... n probably becoz of the many bad reviews online, I ended up, underated it due to low expectation. Since years ago, I've told myself not to believe in others' opinions n reviews on stuffs especially movies, as 95% of the time, I think otherwise. Movies & songs are like art pieces & designs (in fact they ARE art), it's all up to individuals how they rate them, there's no right or wrong answer, no standard, purely own preferences. (Gosh! I'm so long-winded in my intro... =x)

By the way, thanks OMY for the invitation =)

I actually took my time reading most of the online reviews to understand why none of them are positive, and these are the points that they r unhappy with, lousy effects, lousy dialogues, narration, casting choice, and overall too childish.

Probably becoz I didnt watch the Nickelodeon's animated TV series version and I'm not a fan of it therefore, bringing zero expectation into the theatre, I got back zero disappointment. Also, probably becoz the award-winning animated TV series was too highly-rated n popular, its almost impossible to produce something that's able to surpass the original. So I'm just like a newly-borned baby entering the cinema and just accept watever I'm given without knowing if it's actually gd or bad lolx.

"The Last Airbender" is just the first part of a planned trilogy, meaning there will be another 2 parts coming in near future. There are 3 seasons for the TV series and each movie is adapted from each season, which means that using 90+ minutes to summarized the whole season, some of the essence from the original would definitely be given up, and may lead to audiences not understanding what the movie is talking about. It reminds me of Death Note movie, if u read the whole set of manga version, u will realise that there r too many things u cant find in the movie.

Okay, now here's my take on the movie...

Pace of movie: I felt that the pace of the movie is kinda weird becoz of its inconsistency, some parts are just too slow that almost made me dozed off (also becoz I had to wake up early to work la...=x)

Casting choice: It's also funny to see caucasian doing the Chinese Kung Fu /martial arts action n poses, it just dont seem right somewhere lol. Thats a common mistake made by hollywood movies as they dun care abt logic, or I should say Chinese logics as long as its entertaining and can make money. They knew Asian should play most of the roles in the film but they dare not risk as their market accepts "Whites" more. The director was also wrong to think that any Asian can play Chinese roles, example Indians with Chinese surname "Zhao" in the movie.

Special effects: I have to agree that the effects in this movie is not very excellent for a hollywood standard, but on the other hand, I think effects shouldn't be made for the sake of making special effects if they aren't necessary n irrelevant. So, the overall visual for the film is still okay and acceptable. However, one thing I dun like and cant accept about the effects is that most of the time, the effects and action of the characters don't sync perfectly, especially when the characters are moving their power.

The main character Aang is supposed to be a 112 yr-old "boy" and therefore he needs to behave and talk like an adult, which is somehow funny, but Noah Ringer did a decent job for that. Can see that the director is trying his best to create Chinese-feel scenes, but for us real Chinese, we can see that its not there yet.. but gd try though.

The movie reminds me of some movies with the similar genre like Forbidden Kingdom, Kung Fu Panda, Dragon Ball Evolution... where there's a mixture of Eastern & Western elements in them... also Red Cliff, when I see the huge warship in the sea haha.

Online critics gave really bad reviews, rating it as low as 1.5 stars but I personally find it not that bad afterall beside the flaws I mentioned above. It's not that bad till it's not worth ur money to watch it in the cinema though, so guys, go watch it urselves for more details =)!

Rating: 3/5 (am i too nice? haha.)

Movie Review 影評 - 唐山大地震 After Shock

首先，當然要感謝OMY邀請我觀看這部最新大片。。。

因為完全沒有期待，所以而外的覺得好看。
在看這部戲之前，完全沒有搜查任何這部戲的資料，也不知道有哪一些演員，只知道是馮小剛的作品，還以為應該會是部藝術片，想不到看了過後才發現原來是部商業片。。。也是因為這樣，所以讓人很容易消化。
戲開始的15分鐘，就已經“大地震”了，我原以為這種“高潮”應該是在壓軸出場的。我還在想，這麼早就地震，接下來的1個多小時要演甚麼？
我又想，如果地震只是電影的一小部份，那片名怎麼可以是《唐山大地震》呢？
喔，原來這部戲是說該地震所帶給片中人物的影響和遭遇。

影片大綱
[1976年，一場7.8級大地震將唐山變成一片廢墟也破壞了原本幸福的一家4口。爸爸死了，兩個孩子面臨危險，但救了一個，另一個就會被犧牲，媽媽非常掙扎的選擇了兒子。女兒奇蹟生還，被軍人夫婦收養，女儿從小記恨母親對她的“放棄”，一直生活在阴影中，所以从未想過回唐山尋找親人，母親也因為“放弃”女儿一輩子生活在“廢墟裡”，32年後又因為四川大地震讓家人意外重逢。。。]

該片改編自張翎的中篇小說《余震》。

地震片斷讓我嘆為觀止，拍得非常的真實，震撼力十足，一點都不像是有經過電腦處理過的（其實我現在也不知道有沒有），不過在看得當而，我一直很好奇導演到底是怎麼拍的，屋子，磚頭，一塊一塊的裂開及倒塌，心裡感到蠻驕傲的，華語片竟然也能拍出這樣的效果，值得贊揚！

看完戲後，在戲院外看到海報才知道原來整個地震過程只花了23秒，我難以相信，很難想像23秒就能把整個唐山摧毀，23秒真的很短，23秒連撒拋尿都不夠，而且影片裡的地震大概有5分鐘左右，所以真的難以置信。但是想想，電影怎麼能只有23秒的地震片斷，一定要有一些慢動作，人物的內心情緒，建築倒塌的過程，拍得越drama越好，才算精彩嘛。戲裡，媽媽要跑去救孩子們，爸爸搶著去救，孩子喊著父母求救，爸爸被壓死，媽媽崩潰。。。23秒內怎麼可能有時間讓他們這麼耗？哈哈。但是戲就是應該這樣拍的啊。

整部戲有很多能夠傳到觀眾心靈深處的情節，讓觀眾能夠完全投入電影裡人物的感受，這不是普通電影能夠做到的。整部戲也有非常多的經典畫面，本人挺喜歡的其中一幕是，比如有一場，小女孩从雨中废墟中醒来，周围一片伤亡景象，哭着被人抱走的镜头，個人覺得拍得非常有美感和素質，預告片中也能看到此幕。

兒子被救活了，但左手斷了，長大後的第一幕看到他赤著身子，左手臂真的斷了，我一直在想，劇組真的去找一個獨臂演員來演這個角色？但有不像是電腦改動過的，查了這個演員（李晨）的資料後才知道他並不是獨臂的，也就是說電腦真的“弄掉”他的手臂。。。現在的科技還有甚麼是做不到的？

李晨雙手是健全的！哈哈!
導演似乎不想讓這部片完全100％的悲，所以在裡頭加了不少笑點。徐帆（媽媽），李晨（弟弟），陳道明（姐姐的養父）可以說是片中的半個諧星，在裡頭都有幾幕非常棒的笑點。特別喜歡片裡李晨說的一句話，“小震不用逃，大震逃也逃不掉” 哈哈！因為既有道理又好笑！
有笑點，當然少不了哭點，戲裡有非常多的催淚場面，戲院應該有75％的人多少都有流淚，我本身沒有，因為我強！哈哈，但是我多少有些鼻酸的時候。

導演馮小剛
不常看陳道明的戲，只知道他是中國的實力派演員，對他的影像一直停留在《無間道3》的大反派. 看了影片之後才發現原來他也挺有喜感的。開始欣賞這個演員，尤其在該片裡，你可以看到他扮演著一個丈夫和父親的內心戲，以及他認真，難過與幽默的一面。這部戲也讓我更期待他的下一部作品。

張靜初，近年的產量非常多，香港，中國兩邊忙，看了好幾部她的電影，並覺得她在該片的表現只是還好而已，沒甚麼發揮的空間，內心戲似乎做的不到位，演技被其他實力派演員給比下去了，反而她的《天水圍的夜與霧》演得更好。

但是據說《唐山大地震》其实全片有3小時，馮小刚删了半个小时的生活戏，龍鳳胎（張靜初／李晨）心靈感應戲份幾乎全被删除，所以我相信這是影響張靜初在該片裡的表現與發揮的因素。被删除的片斷有可能將會收錄在之後發行的DVD內。

唐山在23秒裡被摧毀，四川大地震發生在32年後的2008年，形成了“23 ，32” 的數字巧合，有些東西似乎是早已注定。

很可愛的女演員。
以一個普通的觀眾角度來說，這部戲沒甚麼可以挑的，只是有些部份挺納悶的，如果可以交代的更清楚應該會更理想。。。
－弟弟的事業是怎麼成功的？
－姐姐的孩子的爸爸（陸毅飾）就這麼突然的消失了？

結尾時，找來了現年62歲的唐山大地震幸存者趙錫臣露露面，仰頭望著因唐山地震身亡的親人的紀念牌，讓影片更豐富及完整，也多了一份真實和親切感。

總結來說，這部是少數我看得下去，又不覺得悶透了的中國歷史片，甚至想要買下DVD來收藏。這部電影有太多的觀後感可以說，三頁都寫不完，很想繼續把電影裡的點點滴滴都寫出來，但又希望你們能夠支持這部大製作，總之就是一部難得的佳作，還有很多精彩的細節沒寫在這，你們自己進戲院欣賞吧！

Just few weeks back, McDonalds had a FIFA 2010 World Cup glasses promotion.
it's nothing new actually, coz they also had the similar glass promotion during 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, the difference is only in the small icon on the glass.

I have the whole set too... lolx. I didnt collect them intentionally, but anyway I ate McD almost weekly, and I will usually Up-size my meal, therefore I "happened" to have all of them free whenever I bought an Up-sized meal... its really nice putting them together like that & snap some shots...

and I happened to come across all these beautiful Coca-cola glasses on the net... they are the promo items of other countries' Mcdonalds... so much nicer than what we've got here. *jealous*
They are damn cool right?, I bet if our McDonalds have these glasses, the queue would be much longer during the promotion period.

還記得四川大地震嗎？
時光飛逝，已經兩年了！

最近有一首大型公益主題曲《四川依然美丽》，聚集了不少藝人為這首歌曲現聲及拍MV。

卑鄙的我

After SBA 2010, went to watch the Despicable Me, like i've said in my FB, I still prefer Toy Story 3, probably becoz Im already use to PIXAR style. It's pretty obvious the film is not produced by PIXAR just by watching it without knowing the background of the film beforehand, but the film is still a great one, though the story-line is simple & the touching part is not strong enough to make ppl shed tears. The humour style and the transition of scenes is different from typical animated films.
There are alot of cute characters like the little girls and the yellow tiny minions... the little girl reminds me of my niece and the yellow thing reminds me of chipmunks coz of their funny voices lol.

Coincidentally, my 2 other colleagues also went to watch the movie that day but diff location n time ha, so u can see how different the movie is coz not all animated films can attract male adults lol. Another important reason why I must watch this movie is becoz the official opening date is on my bday lol... how lousy...

I wish I'm really surrounded by a huge bunch of these yellow cuties! lolz.

Yi mong, i know her when i was singing @ The Ark, we r not considered friends actually but just simply know each other lol, i recognized her and went to approach her, she looked blur initially, only after i told her where we got to know each other, she recalled who i am.

Juwind!! We "know" each other 7 yrs ago when we were learning singing @ A sq/E star, she was my so called senior. Im really glad & surprised that she actually found me familiar coz back then, we didnt talk to each other at all & yesterday she was surprisingly friendly lol. She was there togerher with Yi mong, I didnt know they know each other.... SG is really tiny.

Singapore Blog Awards 2010 (Part 1)

Finally the long awaited Singapore Blog Awards 2010 has arrived! It was held @ Movida, St. James Power Station yesterday afternoon and it was a really grand event, with many local media around!!

The different categories' banners were hanging outside Movida, and the above pic is the Y-bloggist banner, which im in! Search for my pic! lolx.

brought my sch junior, Sayi along with me, was quite shocked to see her as she slimmed down quite alot after her bangkok trip... and soooo coincidently, we saw our 2 other sch mates Adam (top) & Kit (bottom), Kit was one of the costume designers for some personalities, so proud of him =). Didn't manage to take a pic with 3 of them, wat a waste =(.

it's my first time visiting St. James and it was glamorous inside.
there were some games & performances throughout the event... It's soo hard to win the BLOGO game (something like BINGO), but its kinda exciting like watching World Cup hahaha.

Silver Ang was one of the performers, sang a few songs.

there were also some interesting games like the "Head Turner"... who is he? Yeah, Steven Lim! =)

and "The Ultimate Bling" ... Yea, Ris Low was there too! =)

and finally, ppl with the most "LIKE" stickers on them... I realised I should be on stage coz I got more stickers than some of them who were on stage lol but it's ok =)
I was too full during the whole event n therefore I didnt touch the buffet food sponsored by Orange Clove at all!!! Wat a pity! =(

It has been 1 week! EXACTLY, and ppl related to my ex company are still toking abt me...can u all just leave me alone? am i so popular among urselves? i didnt know the few months stay in that company can create so many topics for u all to talk abt... and everytime when the boss of that company mentioned something abt me.... i totally dunno wth he is refering to... im so innocent!!!!

too many big mouths around u already.... but well, becoz ur doing entertainment line, so u will get to know tons of gossipers and gossiping is just a routine for ppl around u and probably urself...

I dun even remember mentioning any of ur artistes' name to anyone and how come u will hear sooo many things from ppl around u? so who is the big mouth or who r the big mouths??

Im not even keen to be an artiste right now, i dun have to bad mouth ur artistes to steal their supports coz i dun need fans and supporters! U guys are the ones that keep mentioning my name! WAKE UP! Everytime when I wanted to thank you, you give me all these shits! Seriously, u dun worth my respect at all.

I really nv regret joining that company though i was actually very unhappy inside, coz indeed i experienced things that i nv experience n try before.... but Im starting to regret becoz there r too many 小人 thats haunting me non-stop!
Seventh month haven arrive and I already feel something's not right... must be some dirty things telling stories to ppl using my name and things starts to spread... pls dun use MOUTH to spread ur stories, show ur proof if u have any.

Anyway, too many Big Mouths, too many 小人s...GOSHHH... just leave me alone!

I dunno who r the big mouths, but im sure there r more than one, I believe in order to get back to my peaceful life, i will have to cut off all contacts with ppl related to that company ASAP,(be it supporters, fans, friends, colleagues, partners, as well as the artistes) in case big mouths got chance to exercise their mouths again. Before writing this post, I've already done so... and if something NEW happened again, then i will even block u guys from my blog! 烦死人了!

and pls, dun threaten me, im seriously not afraid anyway, u know wat u will face if u do that, its not just lawsuit... and many more... ur name in the industry is already not very nice. and dun think u r the only one who save chat logs... i even have our chat logs from as early as the time i know u. I dun think im the one who should feel scared.

I seriously hope that this is my last time talking abt my ex company in my blog, if not ppl will think that thats the style of my blog, full of quarreling and scolding, which is absolutely not wat i want to portray.

Im so happy that im out of that hell place, i am really happy and i mean it.

Just came back home from Yu Neng Primary as my internship company is invited to attend their 75th anniversary dinner... my boss n colleagues are nice n funny ppl (so far)... too many jokers around n we had a gd laugh~ hahaha!

Im not sure since when, Bday has become just another normal day to me, i dont look forward or start counting down before the actual day... but my Mum as usual, never fail to buy me a cake every year and cook some chicken wings n fishballs etc... but this time it was on my bday eve, as she knows that im most prob not free on the actual day... yup, I watched Eclipse last night after work, thats all and went back home right after as I was too tired and cant afford to sleep late now...

I wanna thank all the ppl who wished me Happy Bday, be it Facebook, SMS or MSN, especially FB coz most of u do not know me in person. I really appreciate that =) The number of ppl who wished me in FB gave me a surprise,

Tml will be attending Singapore Blog Award, but before that I got to work!!!... and probably watching movie at night.... gonna be a long day again...

Another post I was supposed to blog about a month ago while I was out in town to source for ideas for my blog contest round 2.
haha, I have kept a number of entries while I was busy so that I can slowly publish them when I'm free...

This was at Taka... Suddenly my eyes were wide opened like how a kid will react when he/she sees his/her fav toy. Coz, its TOY STORY!!!! lol...

Never seen Buzz & Woody for abt 10 yrs, my memories rose up the moment I saw them. If I nv rmb wrongly, my sis brought me to the theatre for the 1st & 2nd installments and 2nd time was with her then bf (now hubby). A wonderful pri n sec sch days~

I got a strong impulse to grab everything home, especially the huge Buzz Light Year figurine but I'm not sure if I should coz I'm like too old to 'play' them lol, so in the end I went home empty handed =(.

I WANNA OWN THEM ALL!!!~

Rumours spread by word of mouth is seriously vicious & deadly.

People tend to believe in things they hear from their friends and close ones especially when the person is a boss or someone with great authority. (This is human nature.) These kind of people, they can easily influence people and make them totally believe in what they said, a.k.a BRAINWASH POWER. But well, I understand, to be a successful leader or boss, u really need a very good n skillful brainwashing skill, so its easier for u to play ur chess. Therefore, there's nothing wrong brainwashing, BUT!, for those simple minded that fall into the trap or get brainwashed, well, I can only say u guys are NOT WISE at all.

Do not JUDGE ME just by hearing what others say about me, judge by ur feelings and observations. Think about it, if I never offend u PERSONALLY, u have no right to dislike me. If u dislike me JUST becoz u hear thousands of negative stories about me, please, I mean PLEASE, time to wake up ur idea and be wise. Otherwise, U will forever be dogs controlled by others and dun deserve to be my friends as well. I dun lose anything losing u guys around me, in fact, my life gets better n air gets fresher without a bunch of pollutants. I actually pity the newbies, coz u r brainwashed even before u get to know the real me, and the washing substance may live with u forever, which is kinda sad.

This post is supposed to be here 3 to 4 weeks ago but I only have time to blog abt it right now... coz I'm seriously too busy that time. I won a Donut Empire voucher from the Hello FM opening show (wow, that's history!) but I only decided to use it on the last day of expiry lol. Went to Toa Payoh outlet but I just cant find the shop and I called the HQ n learnt that the outlet has been closed, so I went to the next nearest outlet...

guess which outlet is this??

bought a dozen back home for my family...

there are actually more variety than these, I just randomly chose 12 among all...

lol, not advertising for them though, it's not my job anyway.
well, my comment for the donuts is... they taste not bad... on the surface... but its kinda empty inside... not expecting to see ingredients inside, but just... feels empty, but well, overall they still taste fine & the price is quite reasonable too =). Its just my personally preference, I know there r alot of ppl out there who loves Donut Empire.

A面B面/終極匹配

最近看了兩部中國製作的電影，都在中國不久前上映，分別是《A面B面》和《終極匹配》。

其中兩款電影海報
嚇！他是。。。
陳曉東嗎？？？甚麼？！！！需要這麼犧牲嗎？。。
故事是說東東被陷害進入神病院當成精神病患者。裡頭當然發生了很多有趣的事，而且題材還蠻有深度，新鮮及大膽的。
後製也蠻有港片的感覺，只是整體當然比不上港片的製作水準啦。

憑這幾張照片就足以讓人想看這部片吧。。。
有人說怎麼他淪落到需要演這樣的角色，我倒覺得不錯啊，至少有突破，而且還是男主角！

下來要說的是《終極匹配》，另一部東東主演的電影。

這部戲的深度和後製水準如剪接就比較遜色了，除了偶爾會出現一些電腦特效。東東飾演一個花花公子和他的死黨常常泡夜點跟女生搭訕。。。然後終於為了一個女人（吳佩慈）決定改過自新。。。結局當然是好的啦！

這兩部片子都是打著喜劇的招牌，不過其實笑點只是還好而已（對我而言），充其量只能說是兩部輕鬆的電影。其實，我看這兩部片子只是為了要看陳曉東，因為他太久沒有新作品了。
總結來說，這兩部片都不是商業片（可能在內地算是商業片吧），水準只是普通而已，不過還過得去，不至於看不下去＝)。
還是比較喜歡東東唱歌，希望曉東快快發新專輯吧！

The story of TOYS...

Finally had time to catch a movie after 2.5 months, my last movie was Andy Lau's Future X Cops in April...
Watched Toy Story 3 last night, one of my favorite animation! PIXAR has never disappoint me =). It's so damn nice la... I knew it would be nice and I knew I would like it and I also knew I wont regret watching it, coz it's TOY STORY & PIXAR!!!

Almost for every PIXAR movies, there will be a short animated film packaged to it and shown before the movie starts, and for Toy Story 3, its this short film call Day & Night.

The short film covers the events that occur when Day meets Night. Being of two diametrically opposed personalities, they do not trust each other at first and get off on the wrong foot. But as they discover the positive aspects of each other's qualities, they bond and form a friendship — enabling both to grow as individuals. As the sun sets for Day and rises for Night, they trade identities and part on good terms.

I didnt watch it in 3D, isnt it already 3D? haha.... but well, the fact is I'm not into 3D at all... I dun really like wearing the glasses as it will make me giddy lol.

Toy Story is an animation that I've watch all 3 chapters in the theatres, the first one was in Pri 4, then Sec 2 n then now... therefore, it gives me a very special feeling n lots of childhood memories... another one is Lion King! lol... I remember I even had a few Toy Story characters figurines from Macdonalds last time...

This is not a movie review entry, so I shall not talk much about the plot, coz I recommend u guys to watch it urselves, it's definitely worth watching. There are funny moments, touching moments... those who cry easily will definitely drop ur tears at the end =)

I'm gonna buy all 3 DVDs when the 3rd one is released! One of the animation that's worth keeping!

Sigh, today is the last day of PIXAR Exhibition @ Singapore Science Centre but I'm too sick to get out of the house... OMG! I missed it!!!!... I was too busy to go anywhere for the past few weeks...argh, neeevermind... school project is more important!!

I'm really happy now... not very or extremely, just plain happy...
coz I've completed all my tasks ON time! Literally.

May and June is the busiest months for me, at least in these 2 years, especially June. It's really crazy how busy I was having the amount of tasks.

Though some ppl may think that it's just nothing, but I know it myself... and I'm really impressed n admire myself for that. =)
Why I was so busy is bcoz all my tasks happened and was ending at the same time, all end of June! Seriously, that's not fun.
Alright I will share with u guys the stuffs that made me sooo occupied!

Punggol Plaza Idol - it was a last min thingie to join this contest and was lucky enough to enter the semi final round, but didnt manage to enter to the finals. Probably becoz I have no time to attend any training held by boss and im actually quite relieved when I did not get in to the next round as it would make me even busier as I would need to practise n memorise new songs and, I really have no time for all these. But well, it gave me a chance to go back to Punggol again, kinda miss that place where I had live for 5.5 years.

The Y-bloggist 2010 contest - it's ending in 3 days time and I've also completed all the 3 rounds (I thought I couldnt make it actually). I'm really glad that I managed to submit my round 3 on time, I requested to submit abit later as I was still in school during the actual submission time, I rushed back home and spent 1 hr taking the pics + photoshop-ing. Thank God everything went smoothly and the outcome looks very close to my visualization.

Internship interviews - went for 2 interviews on wed. Both wanted me, but I can only choose one, and I chose the one with a lower pay lol. I feel that its more important to choose something that I'm more interested in, its 3 mths, I don't wanna suffer for 3 mths doing things that i dislike. Starting work in the beginning of July.

Final Major Project - time really passes madly fast, when I just got back from japan, I was still wondering if i could manage my fmp well and alot of stuffs... coz my impression of FMP was that its kinda stressed, serious, strict, and of coz scary... but then it wasnt like this actually... its just like normal module...
12 weeks, first 4 weeks, was busying with Hello FM opening show rehearsals, at week 9, I'm still stuck at 4 items when I need to produce 10 items at least. But I'm not worried as I knew wat i was doing, and finally, I produced another 10 items in the last 2 weeks which adds up to 20 items! even more than most of my classmates! If I dun have all these external stuffs to busy with, I would have finished my stuffs much earlier and I wouldnt need to rush till this extend (memorising my speech n editing my powerpoint slides until the very moment before I stepped in to the presentation room lol ).... When I walked out of the room, my mind was saying "Phewww..." FMP is the period when we should just focus mainly on it and no time for other stuffs but I'm actually handling so many external stuffs at the same time... but well, thats why I'm very satisfied now =)

IPPT - I'm really worried for my IPPT coz I seriously have no time to train at all for the past 1 month. I only trained 3 times in total which was so much lesser than last yr... which I actually trained every week regularly 2 mths before the actual test. But luckily, I did planned some things like... having how many hrs of sleep at least and how many hrs before I should have my meal, how long I should take to run each round and stuffs its all about strategy n mindset.. my motivation to not to fail IPPT is RT (remedial training twice a week if fail -_-)... when I ran crossed the finishing line & saw my timing, my OS inside was... "Oh YES!" Come to think of it, I'm really happy coz it took me 2 attempts to pass last year's.

Had not been joining my RIG mates for the training but well, I have no choice and I believe it's the right choice, I seriously had no time for that at all.. if I go.... I will definitely regret, coz I definitely wont be able to finish up my FMP stuffs, which is the most important thing to me right now.
得到一些，必定會失去一些，事事不可能十全十美，至少現在的我很滿足於現狀，這個才是最重要的。

but... I'm sick now (sorethroat + muscle pain)... again, it's during my 1 week break. What a tradition.

Woke up real late today as I slept too "early"... checked my email, and got the news that I'm the winner for Y-bloggist Round 2!

WoW! What a pleasant surprise, a BIG THANK YOU to the judges!

I'm sorry that my video exceeds the requirement given, but I have no choice as the flow of the animation would be affected and the essence would be lost if I remove any single second of it. Nonetheless, I feel that its more important that people gets the message I wanted to deliver after watching it.

The Youth Spirit

YOUTH?

Had been cracking my brain on wat to do on youth related issues (round 2 challenge) for the past few days but all my ideas just wont work (I think so?), and finally thought of the current hot topic which is our Singapore Youth Olympics Games 2010 (YOG), as this big event is arriving real soon, (14-26 Aug), u can see alot of posters, banners and ads almost anywhere u go.

Spent days & nights creating the below animation video as a form of promotion for YOG, take a look...

The Rationale

In this video, the "character" jumped out of the poster after making sure that no one's around, and started taking up the challenges from the different YOG sports. Despite the obstacles he met on the way, his never-give-up spirit pushed him to finish all the challenges ahead, and he finally won the medal and this is the kind of spirit our youth should have. When he noticed there are signs of people coming, he rushed back to the poster without removing the medal, but he removed at the end =).

The Night Safari experience

After the bloggers meeting @ iKnow HQ, we headed off to The Night Safari!

HP, Joanna, 桃子 & I took a cab there and they were soooo noisy and HIGH inside the cabbie!, poor driver...

桃子 was sooo excited that she was spreading the news to the whole world abt us appearing in an article on 早報.

Btw, can you guys believe it? I’m a 100% Singaporean but I've never been to the Night Safari! Of course I have been to the Singapore Zoo a couple of times, but never at night! I have been wanting to go since I was a primary school kid, but just do not have that opportunity, and as I grew older, the desire to visit there has slowly faded, which explains why I have never been there in my life haha. Though it belongs to the Singapore Zoological Garden and they are located at the same place, but the feel was so different at night!

Surprisingly, from what I saw, the crowd was so much more than the people visiting in the day not forgetting it was a normal weekday. Oh, probably it's becoz that day was also Night Safari's 16th Birthday~! One look, I was sure that it is definitely one of Singapore’s most successful tourist attractions as 90% of the visitors are tourists.

hmmm... actually wat's this? lolx! 貓？黑貓？貓女郎？Don't Care! 照拍！

Judges! Carrie & Diya, 兩位可愛漂亮又友善的評審, they were so friendly~ =)

We first had our dinner at Bongo Burgers...

Ohh, Are we VIPs? They reserved tables and seats for us!

Yes, I'm reserved too! =D

We were split into 2 tables as we were HUGE!

We were given this Night Safari lanyard as a gift, thanks lot!

We were also given this sticker each!

Oh finally, my BBQ Chicken Burger set was here! Looks Yummy isn't it? Tastes yummy too! Yum Yum!

While enjoying our delicious meal, we watched the Thumbuakar fire-eater performance which was just right beside the restaurant. These human torches could exhale flames up tp 5 metres high! The entertaining display of ethnic dances, scorching stunts and blowpipe demonstrations are really worth watching.

As part of the performance, they came so near to us, and we immediately grabbed the chance to snap pictures of them!!! 哈哈他們都很配合！

They also interacted with the audiences by getting them up the stage to have a taste of being a Thumbuakar. To watch some of their exciting performances, look at the short video I've made at the end of the post.

After our dinner and the cultural performance, we went for the 25 minute tram ride, no point going to Night Safari if you never hop on to this tram!

Look at the queue! 人！人！都是人！ Luckily we dont need to queue for it. To add on, the weather is sooo damn hot despite being at night and caused my hair to be crap at the end of the day due to excessive sweating! -_-

This is how the tram looks like~
There are many unique creatures we could look out for in this journey like the Striped Hyena, Asian Lion, Nile Hippo, Malayan Tapir, Sambar Deer, Greater Asian Rhino, Asian Elephant and many many more to be listed. The "tour guide" talking in the tram sounded so professional, for a moment I thought the talking was recorded n played lol. Too bad we did not take any pictures as it was too dark and we were not allowed to on our flashlight.

After the ride, we entered some shops before we headed home. One of the shops that caught my attention was this Glow In The Dark shop where all the items like T-shirts and souveniors are sold.
It’s really awesome to be inside looking at the glowing items.

Han Joo from OMY gave us a final brief before the event came to an end.

You guys should really visit there if you have not been there yet, it would definitely be a great experience for you!

Elaine drove some of us to the nearest MRT station so we do not have to take the cab =).

Y-Bloggist 1st meeting @ iKnow HQ

Last Wednesday afternoon was the Y-bloggist finalists first ever meeting and it was held @ iKnow HQ. iKnow is the presenter of The Y-bloggist 2010.

Was really excited as that was the first time seeing the other 9 bloggers in person! (Nope, in fact 12 of them, coz one of finalists consists of 4 members) lolx.

The purpose of the meeting was to brief us on what will be going on for the competition and also to get our FREE DV camera!!! Each of us were given one Aiptek Pocket DV H220 HD and we were told to use it as much as possible for our blogging events.
I've used the video function for my Night Safari trip(part of the Y-bloggist event) which I will be blogging abt next. U will see how clear the image is using this product.

If I have a dagger that turns back time...

Yup, as mentioned in the title, if I have a dagger that's able to turn back time, I would not allow TITANIC to sink!
For those who do not know about the incident of Titanic, it happened in the night of 14 April 1912, Titanic was the largest ship in the world then, unfortunately it struck an iceberg and sank. The sinking resulted in the deaths of 1,517 people, making it one of the deadliest peacetime maritime disasters in history.
If this tragedy didn't happen, I might have a chance to board the luxuriously huge ship and probably get a chance to meet my "Rose" and here comes my own love story~ how romantic... lol!!!

OK, why am I talking about this is because it's related to an upcoming movie "PRINCE OF PERSIA: THE SANDS OF TIME", that will be releasing next week!

Mum's off to Shanghai~

Tomorrow (Friday) will be sending my Mum off to Shanghai. She will only be back on the 31st! That's really long to me, coz she dun usually travel around. Seriously, I really hate it when she's not around, coz she is the “hub" of my family, without her around, I guess there wont be much interaction between me and my family members... sound like I have a serious family issue lol, but not what u guys r thinking k. But on the other hand, I hope she could travel more often since I'm still not able to bring her around the world. She's going there to visit my 2nd Sis as her whole family station there due to my bro-in-law's work commitment. Have to rush to school for my afternoon class after that.

Tried to change my blog skin last night before I sleep and I almost messed up my blog... luckily I managed to revert back to its original style. I realise changing blogskin is something that's quite time consuming so I better not do it now as I dont have so much time for that at the moment.

It's week 7 and I only managed to finish 4 items, I still got at least 6 more to go.... seriously hope I can do well for my FMP, please dont just get a P and break my record, I wont be contented with that. Okay, shall get back to my work now.

Hopefully I wont feel so lonely when my mum's not around lol.

Do u guys still remember this cartoon character call Little Bob Dog?

I believe most of u guys sure know it and see it before, c'mon it's so famous in the 90s.
Probably the youngsters nowadays do not know at all.
But... where is it now? It seems like it's gone, or am I the only one who think it has disappeared???
Coz I seriously had not seen this character for years... I mean YEARSSS~!!!... til I almost forgotten about this cartoon, ashamed to say that it was one of my favourite cartoon characters when I was in Primary School...=(
It's also one cartoon that I can draw it out without opening my eyes, hehe!

Cute right?!!
Suddenly this character pop-up in my mind just now... and I went to do some research on it and sad to realise that there isnt much info about Little Bob Dog and it's history... not even Wikipedia... not even Youtube... how come??
Those who know please let me know lol... just very curious that's all =)

通常人家怎麼說我，我是很寬容大方的，我可以閉嘴靜靜，睜一隻眼，閉一隻眼，完全不會影響我的心情。
不過有時候，不出來透透氣，說說話，聽者會以為我是在默認人家所對我說的評語。

有人說。。。 “you often think "too highly" of yourself”
這話是怎麼說呢？
不向某些事情妥協，堅守自己的原則，就是自大，高傲嗎？
該堅持的我還是會一直堅持下去的。

有人說。。。“Sometime, friends around us also tell me that you are desperate or you try too hard”
甚麼？我有沒有聽錯看錯？
我做了甚麼事或說了甚麼話讓人家看到或覺得我很desperate和try too hard?
我可是多麼的低調啊~ 真是搞不懂。
如果是你個人這麼覺得，我可以理解，不過你所為的朋友，到底是誰？他是得了幻想症嗎？？？
如果單憑聽你說的，他就相信的話，那他太沒主見了。
Anyway, 我看到這句的時候我真的笑出聲來，你的朋友真的是莫名其妙啊，哈哈！

有人說。。。“why dun you just learn to be humble in the 1st place?”
謙虛？我又甚麼時候不謙虛了？你謙虛的定義到底是甚麼？
我有到處跟人家說我這個厲害，那個很棒嗎？從來沒有！
我是多麼的謙虛啊。。。呵呵。

有人說。。。 “you are given more opportunity than him”
也許吧，但是這種。。。。的機會我寧願不要，
是你說的，我可以選擇要或不要的，所以為甚麼要怪我？
慢著，選擇不代表我覺得自己很high class, 我只是在選擇我覺得對或不對的事情而已。
也許你會說，新人沒資格選擇，那我只好承認我不配做這行吧。。。

有人說。。。“Even Y????B?? 的 Jxxxxx can tell me that sometime he also dun see anything good in you.”
謝謝這位朋友的意見與批評，我只能說，或許我不是你那杯茶吧。就這樣。 =)

如果有好機會，我當然想要，但是如果我不是那麼喜歡，卻配合的話，那是因為不要讓你不高興，你卻說是bullshit.
如果你覺得我沒有付出過的話，隨便你吧。

我所說過的話是不怕被人拿來公諸於世的，因為我對得起我自己。

我怎麼覺得那麼累啊？好累哦。

人定勝天？安慰自己的話而已吧。。。
就算真的人定勝天，也是老天注定讓你定勝天，而不是你真的有能力定勝天。
如果是這樣，我們就該認命嗎？認命可能是遲早的事，但是在認命前不嘗試改變的話，那你就是個徹底無藥可救的失敗者。
嘗試改變之後，如果還是沒變化，那就認命吧，至少你知道你嘗試過，所以不會有任何後悔及遺憾。
在離開人世之前，最好不要留下任何遺憾，如果可以的話，希望可以吧。

5月8日HELLO FM的開台活動圓滿結束！非常成功！

這一兩個星期的緊密訓練其實真的非常的累，因為每一次都訓練到很晚才回家，在加上我還是學生，現在又是我的 Final Major Project，所以我真的是超級的忙，超級的累。其實我花在Hello FM的時間比我花在功課上還要多，真的非常慚愧，希望我的努力你們看得到。

首先，要感謝那9 個特地為我而來的朋友們，Geralynn & Kimseng, Esther, Josephine, Sayi & friend, Maggie & friend 還有 Dexter! 當然也沒有忘了Shirley, 不過我知道你不是特地為我而來哈哈！很可惜沒有把你們統統拉來和我一起拍一張大合照！
好啦！現在就來為大家重溫昨天的活動！

我的DJ搭檔丟我一個人在台上為大家介紹我們主持的節目。＝( 其實她人不在新加坡啦。

我和Steve與Max同台飆歌，離開地球表面，我們都很"自High"!

IMPRINTS @ Red Dot Design Museum

Last Thursday, I’ve got this chance to visit the Red Dot Design Museum for the opening of IMPRINTS, organized by Yesterday.sg and SCYA(Singapore Contemporary Young Artists), thanks to OMY.sg for the invitation. Besides me, YP, Joseph, Serena, Jessica and boss were there too.
As you guys know Red Dot Design Museum is a ‘design museum’, which means it’s a place that holds arts and design events and exhibits artistic works, so yes, I would say IMPRINTS is a very artistic exhibition. Even for a design student like me, I find it kinda hard to appreciate some of their concepts and ideas too lol. The exhibition features artworks of eight young contemporary artists from SCYA, having the theme, “Reminiscing childhood memories, forgotten places and fragments of the past”

There's a booth where we were given some small souveniors near the entrance.

There were quite a lot of visitors whom I believe most of them are friends and families of the eight artists, showing their support on the opening day, people who are really into contemporary art and of course some invited medias and bloggers.

There were buffets too, but I didn’t try any of their food as I had eaten earlier on. What a waste! If I’m not wrong, there’s only one good looking waiter serving drinks to everyone there, and whenever he come to us, we would sure take the drinks from him to lighten his “burden” haha.

The exhibition area wasn’t big but it’s filled with many artistic and interesting art works. I brought my professional camera along (though im not that professional) as I knew there would sure be lots of extraordinary stuffs for me to take, and indeed, I took some very artistic shots too, hee! Take a look below.

To list some of the artworks, there’s a hanging bicycle, a urine bowl, some displaying watches, spotlights, paintings, photographs and many more. There are meanings behind all these items from the way they were being displayed and presented.

Oh, there’s also an area on the floor displaying pieces of different materials in bowls and it was so not prominent that many people accidentally stepped onto them while walking around. It’s funny to see how the people reacted whenever someone kicked and stepped onto it and also the reaction of the ‘culprits’ haha.

Finally, it’s the main show of the night, it’s a 15 minutes performance by one of the eight artists, Kelvin. Well, it’s another extremely artistic performance by him coz many people didn’t get what he was trying to express and the message he was bringing to us after his performance, but he still received lots of applause from the very supportive audiences.

It’s a special performance just for the opening day, which means you guys can never see it on the rest of exhibition days. Well, it’s good to visit such events at times to gain more artistic knowledge and learn how to appreciate arts, especially in Singapore, where most of us are more on the boring and systematic side.

FInally Today is our BIG day!, our opening day for Hello FM!
We DJs have been busy training and rehearsing for the whole week and we really hope to present u guys a wonderful, professional and entertaining show on the actual day, so please give us ur support and come down to watch us perform, u will also have chance to come on stage and play games with us DJs. It will definitely be fun! Oh ya! and not forgetting, the cartoons of all the DJs are OUT!!! Rushed like mad last night to complete it and sent to boss, so he could do the event poster and print it out and see who is the lucky one to get the poster later!

So busy, so afraid that i cant produce the expected number of works on my presentation day which is exactly 2 mths later.
Next weekend will be my AK's encore concert, should I watched? I dont tink so... having my tight schedule plus, his ticket is not cheap! I've watched it live last year, and I tink there wont be much difference other than adding the classic mandarin medley and probably 1 or 2 new costumes. It's okay, anyway his Taiwan concert DVD will be releasing soon and I will definitely buy it! hehe. But i know this will be his last time holding a concert in SG, at least for the next 4,5 yrs u wont be seeing him here.

AK De Show Reel Encore 2010 SG Poster!

wow wow wow, long awaited TW Live DVD~!!!

Has been some time since I last ordered DVD online, that day ordered a few AK movies DVDs and they arrived on the exact day they estimated. Not bad, gd service! These movies can be found in SG but I wanted HK version as they have cantonese language. I got no time to watch at all after receiving them for 5 days, though I've watched them in cinemas.

Ok, its not my intention to keep talking about AK, just purely coincidence lolx.

Beside my sch project, I will also be illustrating the cartoon version for all the Hello DJs, but I doubt I can finish all by this week, but I've done 3. Show u guys 1 first. Guess who is he? lol.

How I wish there are 48 hrs a day...

Ya, once again, I really wanna thank everyone who has been voting for me. It 'seems' like I'm winning for sure, but, online voting weighs only a pathetic 30%, the other 70% will be public voting, and I will sure lose big time in this section haha. Moreover, I'm losing in the online voting REAL soon lol. But well, like my fren Maggie told me, "kadon, 输赢未定，希望你是最后的赢家，如果不是也不要气馁，因为重要的是有一班好友跟fans的支持！加油!!!". I'm already very contented with the support from my frens, this is more important than anything else.

Star Awards 2010

Yesterday most of the Hello FM DJs including me went to watch Star Awards 'Live' as there are free tickets for us. Of coz everyone were excited as its a great opportunity and we dont always have the chance to see the award ceremony live and at the same time see so many stars at such close distance. But then the meeting time was 1 plus... the event starts at 6 plus... I wondered why so early... We were briefly told that we would have chance to walk the RED CARPET!!! and also getting VIP seatings. My O.S was "how funny, who the hell are we to walk the bloody red carpet?" hahaha, and we actually believed, how naive.

And then yesterday morning, we were told that we wont be walking the walk carpet, OKAY, acceptable n expected. Okay, we reached there on time at 1 plus, and I/we slowly realised, Oh, we r following the FANS! Now i know why we have to reach there so early, coz we r supposed to queue up, grab the best spot and wait a few hrs under the nice weather for the Stars to arrive and walk the red carpet! A security asked me, so, which Star was I there for? I told him straight that we r DJs from Hello FM!, he replied, Oh, so u all are DJs, and his attitude n the way he looked at us was different and also allowed us to do things that we were not supposed to. =p

It kind of turned me/us off as I could make gd use of that few hrs doing my project. It just burned my whole sunday like that... and our VIP seats is actually the 2nd last row =), well, I will take it as a lesson, learning how to analyse and choose which event is worth going in future. (clarification 1: Im not saying Star Awards is not worth going =) watching 红星大奖 is a MUST every year!), (clarification 2: not blaming anyone if anyone thinks I am, serious!), so after my clarification, i hope i wont hear anybody wronging me again. This entry is not to complain, it's SHARING~!!

But then but then, putting this aside, the event was wonderful, the stage, the decorations, the visuals were splendid! Maybe this is not the best out of the previous ones, but becoz this was my first time watching it live, the feeling n atmosphere was really different. And i was also quite happy with most of the results, all those who deserved awards, got them! I was also able to see wat exactly/actually happened during commercial break, which was something I had been wondering since young...lol, and i must say, being a Live host, is definitely not easy, they are so pro! I know i can never do it, moreover, being a host is never in my brain, is never wat I wanna do, but then, now Im gonna be a DJ! What an irony!

Hello FM training @ Orchard

Yesterday we had our first Hello FM training @ Orchard, and probably every week end we will be busying with Hello FM events n training... we were supposed to conduct street interview in the public, n it happened to be the F&N Dance Delight event, we were split into groups and each group has different target audience to interview. It was actually fun but kinda lost coz we've got no idea wth r we going to do and ask and how r we going to start but seriously, it was a gd training for all of us as we will have lots of such outdoor events in future as DJs.

For our group, (with Jestine), we were supposed to approach the crew of the event like sound crew, the young ppl distributing f&n drinks, invited bloggers cum photographers etc. Fortunately, the ppl we approached were all quite frenly which made our job much easier n smoother. But seriously, we or rather I, really need lots of improvement coz i know as a DJ, im seriously not there yet. I believe we will do better the next time.

We also took pictures with those that we interviewed.

Hmmm... was kinda affected this morning to know that there r some changes internally, again. n now my new partner is Jestine =), It's like my partner is always changing, n everything has to restart again... hope this will be the last time.

Anyway, really wanna thank my frens who have been supporting me in the voting, ppl like Serena, Dexter, Shirley, Maggie, Sayi and not forgetting Esther Tan, who spread thru her MSN nick n FB.... and probably some anonymous friends lol. Forgive me if i didnt mention some of ur names, coz it will kill all my braincells thinking each n every name, but im seriously grateful and much appreciated. Winning or not, i believe it doesnt make any difference, winning doesnt mean i am the best DJ, doesnt mean my program will be the most interesting among the rest, doesnt mean my program will have the highest listener rate. So, it still depends on myself.

Copying his own ideas

Went to watched Future X-Cop 《未來警察》the other day, starring Andy Lau, 大S and some other great casts.
I personally think it is a decent movie and worth watching, overall, i think i like it and will give it 3 stars, even though some media gave bad reviews. The director is 王晶, who is very famous for producing low class, cheap humour and commercial movies, especially in the 90s, when he was at his peak. But who cares, i quite like his nonsensical films, but i have to admit, he is outdated and is lack of new ideas.

The storyline for this movie is somehow very similar to his 1993 movie Future Cops 《超級學校霸王》, i believe many of u have watched this movie at least once on TV, it's a classic! with lots of HK superstars starring in it and playing the Street Fighters' characters, and their are alot of classic scenes which i still remember clearly...hehe. So 90s. Future X-Cop is about the police (andy lau) from the future 2080, return to the past 2020 to save a professor when he was still a kid. Isn't it so similar to 《超級學校霸王》?? where the future cops in 2043 went back to 1993 to save the 余鐵雄法官 lolx!!! Even the titles suggest that it's a duplicated version, Future X-Cop & Future Cops. But of coz, the graphics is definitely much more advanced now. Oh, and i have to credit 黑人 for his damn humurous role lolxx!.
Most of the stars in《超級學校霸王》are still active in the entertainment line today, will we still be able to see the stars in《未來警察》in 10,15 yrs time?

as busy as usual....
time's tight...

met up with my sch mate before lesson started for lunch... we walked to the market food center nearby our sch and i was like sweating even before I reach the destination, the weather is ... so cooling...

as we have only less than 1/2 an hr, we quickly bought our food, and drinks of coz... as I was deciding wat to drink, I suddenly remembered Senior Elson is the Ambassadors of F&N as he got selected as one of the top 6 bloggers, so, to show my support for senior, I decided to buy my favourite F&N drink, Sarsi and Groovy Grape for my friend. =)

《逃學》電影系列

Actually I really appreciate it very much whenever my frens see Aaron Kwok on TV and make the effort to inform me in different ways...lolx... coz all those who know me well knoe he's my idol. I believe alot of my frens (those who know me well), when they see Aaron Kwok , they will think of me... coz it's rather hard to find someone my age to idolise him... that much... therefore, I'm somehow prominent in that sense...
Like today, a fren of mine, Bi Xia used 3 different mediums (FB, MSN & SMS) to let me know that there's an AK movie on CH 8... lol, she's damn funny, but i truely appreciate all these action.

Anyway the movie was 《逃學英雄傳》, 1992 HK film.

and then it reminded me of some other "逃學"-themed films in the early 90s...
It all started from this 周星馳 classic, 《逃學威龍》,1991...

its success led to the production of more movies with the similar theme the following few yrs, like the above mentioned《逃學英雄傳》and 《逃學威龍 2》,1992...

Part 1 & 2 have lots of classic scenes that ppl still remember up to today, like the throwing of dusters and how the naughty students bullied the poor teachers in the class & etc. lolxxxx.
But《逃學威龍 3》,1993 is not as successful as compared to the previous 2 parts... maybe thats the reason why there isn't Part 4...

and then also not forgetting the 1992 Taiwan production 《逃學歪傳》, starring the then very famous idols, 林志穎，吳奇隆，張衛健。。。 which is also a classic...

actually it's really weird that I can remember all these old school stuffs as i was only 6,7 yrs old that time, haha!

Erm while i was searching for more "逃學" related movies, I found this Korean comedy 《逃學新娘》,2004... erm, that's all i know haha.

and also this Brad Pitt 1989 movie "Cutting Class" as the chinese title for this movie is also called《逃學威龍》lol.

ok... enough for this topic... I'll see what I can talk about in the next post.

Melodies of Tokyo

There are a couple of songs that are related to Tokyo but before my Tokyo trip, they were just normal songs, ok now let me introduce the songs one by one...

When i stepped out of the plane and walked to the Narita International Airport and saw the chinese signboard，i then finally realised that Narita Airport is actually 成田空港, 《成田空港》 is a title of a song by my only idol Aaron kwok released in 2001 in the "Absolute" album. Didn't know what the hell was that and never bother finding out, probably was too young back then to be bothered. Now that i know the meaning of the title, there will be more feeling listening to it. Had to make a simple video for this song as there's no MV for it.

and then for this song, i really love it so much...even before the trip, it already gives me lots of memories each time i listen to it. This song was released in the summer of 2006 when i just enlisted in the army. During my 1st ever book-out after the 2 weeks confinement, this was the song i listened to at home and then later on during my 1 week field camp, this song kept spinning around in my head, so whenever i listens to it, it will bring back all the memories of my wonderful BMT days... and BMT is the only period worth missing... the rest of my Army days... errrks!!! Anyway, the title of this song is 《東京特急》, by HK singer Kenny Kwan. Similarly, only realised wat the heck is 東京特急 when i was in Tokyo, u can see "特急" everywhere in their railway station, it refers to "Express" , just a kind of train they provide.

happened to know this movie "Tokyo Tower" or《東京鐵塔》when i was Googling about Tokyo Tower, and this is the theme song of the movie... haven't watch it though...

i heard this song before, quite alot of times on radio stations, just that I didnt know its title, found it while searching for more Tokyo related songs.

Goooodness.... my arm muscle hurts, especially my right arm, the arm that i have to use more often, coz im a right hander... it was due to the training conducted by boss last sunday after the Hello FM meeting... we had to do push ups and jumping jacks in the fastest speed we could in between singing and performing and if we made mistakes, we had to do more... we didnt do warm up and stretching before hand... so right now my arms hurt to the max... had problem lifting up, changing clothes, bathing, everything and anything that needs my arm to bend inwards... its affects my daily life...lol... but its ok... i still look forward for every training... why m i so 犯賤?? hahaha... why do i only sound out now, coz it gets more n more painful each day... isn it the other way round??? nvm, hopefully i will recover before the next training... =)

It's only the 3rd day of school and we are already feeling so tensed up... have to design and execute 20 items or more within 3 mths... my brain is fully loaded by stuffs right now... beside that, i still have to prepare for Hello FM every week... i really hope i can handle n cope well.. remember to support my program every thursday 8-10pm @ http://hellofm.weebly.com/. Had my hair cut 2 days ago and luckily it didnt disappoint me... coz, i really hate my hair to be ruined by some useless hairdresser, had a couple of such incidents before therefore i really got to keep an eye on the hairdresser every second to avoid any disaster occurring on my hair as one mistake snip will cost me a few months to grow back... lolx.

RIG finally has its own online radio station Hello FM! and we are recruiting lots of DJs from various tertiary schools... and I'm also one of the DJs. =) My program will be on Thursday, weekly, from 1st May onwards, 8pm to 10pm, so do support me and my partner. Yes I'm looking for a DJ partner as my previous partner is too busy to take up this job, so... if u r interested, pls apply thru our email: hellofm2010@gmail.com , and, I'm also one of the Creative Director for the radio station, so... am looking forward to all these new exciting stuffs coming ahead~!

we had a meeting with all the DJs yesterday @ Danz Studio with regards to this online radio project, and we've got lots to prepare and everyone seemed excited about it...but the happiest person of all is definitely boss, he spent hrs and hrs, day and night working on this project and the outcome was good.

Im not happy... coz new term starting on monday and it's the deadly Final~ Major~ Project~!!!... This is the first time i wish the term break could be longer... but well, i know i have to face it, coz if i dont, i wont be able to graduate, and welcome the new phase of my life... but seriously, this week passes extremely fast, which made the break seems so short... I know I will be really really really really busy to the max...

Fireball

Got hit by a fireball last evening and it caused a great impact on me, having internal bleeding right now... lolx... as its still burning hot inside my body, decided to went out and catch a movie, hoping that it could cool down my organs abit... well, it's feeling much better now... I watched 《火龍》, "Fire of Conscience", starring Leon Lai and Richie Jen. It's an action packed movie, with abit of emotional stuffs and added some philosphical element at the end... actually what attracted me to watch this movie was Leon Lai, coz it reminded me of another heavenly king, Aaron Kwok, looking at his image and his role. His role is actually quite similar to Aaron's 《三岔口》, "Divergence", where he acted as a decadent cop due to the lost of his lover.

Similarly, Leon's character also lost his pregnant wife due to an incident, and that causes him to look like this... <<<---lol. They both played a cop who doesnt care much abt their looks, moustachy face and messy hair, totally unkempt. Actually it's quite a big step for them to accept such images as they were and still are heavenly kings, gd lookers and idols of many, they have to reached a certain stage as well as age to be able to put down their burden of being an idol. But for acting wise, i personally think Aaron did better... =x

Actually for Leon, this is not his first time playing an unkempt fella, he acted as a beggar in 《十月圍城》, "Bodyguards & Assassins".

As for Aaron, i think he kinda addicted to such 'weirdo' roles after the success of "Divergence" which got him awards. His recent movies are all that doesnt sell his gd looks, and his image got from bad to worst... lol,

I believe celebrities can never sell their looks forever as everyone will age and when the time comes, they will have to use their real talents and skills to survive in the industry to avoid being replaced by new comers. So, they made the right moves.

Night Out @ Bras Basah, Bugis Precint

Last night, I was invited to the Night Out @ Bras Basah, Bugis Precint, Hippo Tour, organized by OMY.sg, 91.3FM & 100.3FM radio stations together with Boss, senior Elson, Serena, Joseph & some RIG talents.
I was quite excited as it was my first time & it was definitely a great experience for me... Didnt know Singapore has got such beautiful night views...
2 buses were provided, I was on the bus led by 91.3FM with boss, senior & Joseph, while the girls were on the other bus led by 100.3FM.

We gathered at the National Museum before the tour started...

DJ Jeremy was the tour guide, he's friendly and humourous and he did a great job!

Alright... finally, this is the last part of my Tokyo trip...

my breakfast..., its supposed to be my supper but I wasnt that hungry...

we took a coach to the airport, and that's the ticket...

i think the journey was more than an hr or so... didnt really sleep, so took a few pictures of myself... hahax!

slept for a while & watched two movies (Twilight New Moon & Love happens) on the plane as it was a 7-hr journey, did not take a picture of my dinner coz its hard for me to take out my camera lol.

didnt feel much abt leaving Japan until the moment I stepped on the floor of Singapore's Changi Airport and felt the sudden change in temperature... I started to miss Japan, more n more each day, the cold nights, the people, the sceneries, their smiles, their services, their culture and many more... I will sure go back again...~

It's day 5...
took a pic with this little girl at our hotel lobby while waiting for the rest to come down, thought she was a Jap, but realised she is actually a chinese(China) after hearing her mum speaked to her in mandarin... she ignored me all the way =(, i know she was shy la...

Our first destination was Mori Art Museum @ Roppongi, walkable distance from our hotel. Was supposed to visit the art museum, but majority were not keen, so we just walked around and took a few pictures...

at 3pm, we left for Vantan Design Institure @ Shibuya. It's a fashion design based school, they showed us their portfolio, a short video and talks about their student exchange program... but most of us are from graphic... so only a few asked qns.

I think I heard her saying she's an intern student, was there to help out, a Jap, but can speak decent mandarin... took a pic with her for memory =)

since we were at Shibuya, we didnt miss the Shibuya 109 building, though everything inside is for ladies...
so kawaii~!!!

our last station was HMV, just located nearby Shibuya109...
there were 4 magazines about chinese entertainment in their magazine section, and he was in all of them...
this is one of the 2 chinese albums i saw in Jap's HMV, another one was Teresa Teng's.

in the HMV building, they sells musical instruments and apparel too (up & down)...
Im not a poser, just trying out some cool hats...=p

my breakfast... before heading to Tama Art University to see their graduation day, and to see the student's work... their work gave me lots of inspiration n ideas for my future design... a precious experience.

Hello guys!, Im back in Singapore last night, slept till 4pm this afternoon...lol... havent been updating coz it takes a few hrs to sort out the pics n to select what pics to put in blog, so its kinda time consuming... alright... i will continue from Day 3...

went back to Asakusa 淺草 in the morning coz day 2 didnt manage to explore the whole area...
Japanese love 招財貓 i guess, coz u can see them almost everywhere...

went back to our hotel to put our stuffs and headed to a mini Jap restaurant (quite near the hotel) for our lunch.

It's day 2...
my breakfast from the nearby convenient store before setting off to Asakusa...
a place which is quite similar to our Bugis street, coz there's a few temple and also a long street of stalls that sells clothes, finger food & accessories, look at the pics below to get a better image...

they also have 求籤 like our 四馬路...

and then ppl can choose whether they wanna keep it or hang it there, i hung it there coz its a bad fortune... tsk! tsk!

Jap version of Bugis street indeed...lol.

u can see how much Japs love pets, everywhere u can see different types of pets especially dogs... must be the after effect of those touching pet related Jap-movies... *everyone was queueing to take a pic of that stylo dog~!*

Hmmm... wondering how am i going to share my experiences in Japan in my blog, should I do a one time post when im back in SG, or blog day by day, but im afraid i will forget alot of details if i only blog when im back, so finally decided to blog every night in the hotel room... and, should I talk about everything from morning to night and show the pics accordingly or show the pics and explain wat the pics are about, and i chose the latter as it's not as tedious...

Have been really busy with my sch project and tomorrow will be my presentation!!! As usual, this module passes really fast and i'm left with 2 more modules to graduate. Frankly speaking i dont like group project at all coz to me, it's a hassle, n especially when the group members are not ur good friends... i shall not elaborate further and Thank God, tml is the last day for the project, hopefully the presentation will be a smooth one and all of us can pass!

...and after my presentation, i will rush home to pack my lugguage and buy all the neccessary stuffs for my Japan trip!, Yes! i'm going to Japan!!! Hmmm.. seriously, im not that excited abt it and am not looking forward to it.. at all... i dunno why, i dunno since when, i started to be very calm in everything and its quite hard to make me feel excited about any thing... maybe in my sub-conscious mind, i'm telling myself not to put hope in anything so i wont get hurt or be disappointed.... I'll be flying off after mid-night tml... which is actually Saturday early morning...

It's a 6-day sch trip, and we'll have to do a small project related to our trip....-_-!!!... just cant let us off so easily... lolx.
Will definitely post lots of pics here n in my FB when im back... so... stay tuned! =)

Ahhz, unfortunately, i will miss this weekend's performance as i wont be in SG, it's been a month since i last performed... I MISS U GUYZ~!!! Gd luck to all those who will be performing~
